Terms
Last updated 9 October 2026. Plain English. Some of this protects you and some of it protects us; it says which.
What Yes, I'll do it is
It is a shared note of what two people said they agreed. One person writes it down — usually by pasting a chat and letting the app suggest the terms — checks it, and sends a link. The other person reads it and taps to confirm. Both can open that record afterwards.
The record doesn't itself create a contract, and it may be evidence of one. If you and the other person agreed something, you may well have a contract between you — that was true before either of you opened this app, and writing it down here changes neither way. What's binding is between the two of you and depends on what you actually agreed and the law where you are. We don't decide that, we don't certify it, and nothing here is legal advice.
We are not a party to your agreement. We don't vet anyone, we don't hold or move money, and we don't take sides if it goes wrong.
Who can use it
You need to be 18 or over. If you're using it for a business, you're confirming you're allowed to act for that business.
By using it, you accept these terms
Creating an agreement, confirming one, proposing a change, or sending an invoice each count as accepting these terms. We say so next to those buttons rather than hoping you found this page.
The AI suggests; you decide
When you paste a chat or add screenshots, the app proposes names, amounts, dates, times and conditions. It gets things wrong. That is why there is a check screen before anything is created, and why both people see the record before confirming. What ends up in the record is what you accepted, not what the AI said — so read it.
If a record turns out to be wrong, either side can propose a change from the agreement's page, and the other confirms the new version. The history shows what changed and when.
We don't check who anyone is
There are no accounts and no identity checks. A confirmation means that a device holding the agreement's link tapped the button. It does not prove who was holding the device, and the name on a record is whatever the creator typed. Treat it accordingly. If identity matters for what you're agreeing, this is not the right tool on its own.
Your side lives on your device
Your browser holds a token that says which side of an agreement is yours. Clearing your cookies, losing your phone or using someone else's device can lose or expose your side. The personal link under "Using another phone or browser?" is how you move your side somewhere else, and it should never be sent to anyone else.
Anyone holding an agreement's link can open that agreement. Share it only with the other person.
Other people's messages
When you paste a chat, you're uploading what the other person wrote. Only paste conversations you were part of, and only the part that covers what you agreed. If you use the app for a business, you're responsible for having a proper reason to process the other person's details, the same as with any record you keep about a customer.
Invoices and VAT
The invoice feature formats an agreement as an invoice with a number and a date. No money moves through this app; we don't process payments and we don't collect, calculate for tax purposes, or report anything to anyone.
If you switch VAT on, the invoice shows your VAT number, the rate, and the net, VAT and gross amounts, which are the things a UK VAT invoice needs. We don't check that you're registered, that the number is yours, that the rate is right for what you sold, or that the invoice is valid for your circumstances. Numbering, rates, registration and whether you should be charging VAT at all are entirely yours. If you're not registered, don't switch it on.
What you agree not to do
Don't use it to record agreements for anything illegal. Don't put someone else's personal information in a record without a reason to. Don't use it to harass, threaten, pressure or shame anyone, or to pursue a debt in a way the law where you are doesn't allow. Don't impersonate anyone or create records of agreements that were never made. Don't try to break, overload or probe the service.
If we think a record or a device is being used this way, we can suspend access to it. We don't delete records in that situation — the other person may need it — and we'll usually tell you why.
Removing a record
Either side can cancel an agreement from its page; the record stays, marked cancelled, so both still have it. Because the record exists for both people, one side can't have it erased on their own. If you ask us to remove your details, we'll remove your name and anything identifying you from the record and keep the rest, unless the other side agrees to full deletion or the record is already cancelled or completed and old enough that nobody is likely to need it. Where a record is relevant to a dispute or legal claim, we may keep it for that purpose.
Availability
This is a free service and an early one. It may be slow, go down, change, or lose data. Features may appear and disappear. We may stop running it altogether — if we do, we'll try to give notice, but a record here should never be the only place something important is written down. If it matters, keep your own copy: the invoice page prints, and the agreement page can be saved.
Where we stand if something goes wrong
We provide the service as it is, without promises that it will be accurate, available, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Integistics Ltd is not liable for losses arising from using it — including a record being wrong, a record being lost, the other person not confirming, not paying, or disputing what was agreed, or an invoice not meeting a requirement that applies to you. Those are between you and them, or yours.
If you use the service in breach of these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that claim causes us.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you're a consumer in the UK, your statutory rights are unaffected, and nothing in these terms is meant to take away a protection the law gives you.
App stores
If you installed this from Google Play or another store, the store isn't responsible for the service and has no obligations to you about it; those are ours.
The usual
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something once, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer your rights under these terms to someone else; we can transfer ours to a business that takes over the service, and we'll tell you if that happens. These terms and the privacy page are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product changes, and the date at the top will say when. If a change is significant we'll say so in the app rather than hoping you re-read this page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's law and can bring a claim there.
